Worby Estate Sales

Here's an interesting company: Worby Estate Sales.  Based in Worby - I guess, or maybe just part of the Worby estate (a family run thing I think).  They do sales or land or something in and around Windsor.

I am not too sure what else they do apart from this.  But like everyone else on the internet I feel it is my right to make an absolute, assertive opinion based on nothing more than ill-advised half-truths a rumours.  If this "Odd Entry Blog" tells me anything, it is that the utter nonsense that comes from the shouting crowds means that the crowd deserve to hear everything but understand nothing.

Or is that harsh?  Do the few truth speakers find there message will get through regardless of whether there are thousands or even millions of garbage pedallers and bull-crap purveyors.  The scared and the hysterical, the offended and the unfortunate.  Freedom of speech is as much freedom from fact.

And so back to these Worby people and their Estate Sales.  What's it all about? Are they important - the Worby Estate Sales website is here...

I don't know if they tweet yet - maybe they will do soon.  Or maybe Facebook.  Who doesn't facebook these days?

All About Horst Hummel from Tenerife

It may seem like an odd topic to pick up on - but it is an important one for a blog like this, with random entries that mean very little.  But Horst Hummel, a character from Tenerife in Spain is become quite the online celebrity.

He is discussing issues with children's toys, Facebook divorce rates and Green issues.

Horst Hummel appears to be quite the expert on a variety of different items.  So who is behind this mysterious man?  Is he just a collection of articles littered about the internet.  An "Odd Entry" that means little or an actual person who can be met, and greeted like an old friend?

I sure as hell don't know, but if I did I am not sure I would tell.  Look into things a little: google Horst Hummel Tenerife and find out what it is all about.

Eze group looks to invest in ‘green’ holidays

US based; holiday and leisure firm; Eze Group, is looking to invest heavily in green holiday trips in the next five years.

Green business experts have forecasted that thousands of business; Europe wide, will be jumping on the green wagon over the coming years and the innovative holiday and leisure firm; Eze Group, are looking to ‘greenify’ their practices in the long term.

“With more and more reports being published, about a rise in ‘green business’, Eze group are looking to create a long term plan that will transform it into more of a ‘green conscious’ organisation”, said one Eze Group spokesman.

“Eze Group prides itself on being both innovative and responsive which is why it is only natural that we would look to make our logistics more environmentally friendly, over a gradual period of time”

“We’d be lying if we said it will happen overnight, but the fact is, oil and fuel prices are on the rise. Many people are under the false impression that these prices are stabilising. This simply isn’t the case. The recession, as ironic as it sound had actually worked to lower the fuel prices, but only because demand had fallen; and now that the economy is making a slow and arguably painful recovery, the prices are surely going to rise again.”

“It makes perfect sense that companies should look to more sustainable energy sources such as bio fuel, in the very least, because it makes more economic sense. This is why we at Ezegroup will be looking at making deals with airlines that use bio fuels. This is a very long term plan, but one that we believe is achievable, provided the scope is there for it”

Greener holidays for Eze Group customers
Ezegroup are also looking to invest in ‘green holidays’ for its customers. A spokesman for the firm says however: “The green holidays are something we are looking into, and are not a certainty. We would first look into whether the demand is there, for green hotels, attractions and the like”

Asset Land Inc Look to promote Huby land

“The village of Huby is the new Newbury chase for 2001” says Stuart Bowen of Asset Land Inc.

His predictions come as experts are beginning to predict a brighter 2011 for land acquisition, as sales and revenue gradually begin to grow. All this is despite the fact land costs have risen by 926% over the past 20 years.

Huby is proving to be popular

The sleepy yet charming village, situated in Harrogate; Yorkshire, nestles at the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, spanning 500 sq miles of rural beauty.

Making up part of the Penine, Huby is gradually becoming a weekend- break travel destination, away from the hustle and bustle of the city life.

“Renowned for its natural beauty and diverse landscape, Huby is quickly becoming a popular place for people looking for second homes and at Asset Land Inc, we’re predicting a surge for 2011” says Bowen.

“Huby’s first class access to both London in the south and Edinburgh in the North, is what our customers are telling us is most attractive, and those looking to travel further a field are given a treat, with Leeds Bradford International being just 15 minutes away”

“My wife and I have recently looked into buying in Huby” says Lawrence Thomas.

“We were born and raised in Bradford and spent all of our adult working lives in the city. We’re not quite at retirement age yet but I run my own internet agency from home so the picturesque backdrop of the Dales would be great.”

Land acquisition to gather pace

Furthermore, “experts are predicting that land acquisition will gather pace around areas with cross rail stations” says market analyst for Asset Land; David Nixon.

If this wasn’t enough, Weeton rail, just a short walk from the village, provides additional links to mainline rail stations across the country, making Huby ideal for a weekend break.

About Asset Land Inc

Asset Land Inc Investments Inc is part of the highly esteemed ASSET-GROUP Worldwide, with offices based in London, UK, San Francisco, USA, Israel, Hong Kong, with a corporate presence in Panama. The global company speiclaises primarily in land and property acquisition.

Horst Hummel of Tenerife predicts a rise in ‘green’ businesses

B.N Horst Humell, a UK born business analyst, now based in Tenerife, has made a number of key predictions for the green industry this year.

According to a number of reports, Horst Humell has forecasted that a large number of businesses, Europe wide, are set to jump aboard the green wagon over the coming months, offering up a 2011 that will see some promising developments for all things green.

Horst Humell, a co founder of an internet agency; greener IT, based in the US, has predicted the following five developments for 2011:

1. The rise in popularity of the electric car

Green travel is proving to be big business right now, with the likes of major airlines looking into greener measures including the acquisition and use of bio fuel. However, perhaps more timely, the numerous car adverts that we’ve all been subjected to in recent months, with claims of a ‘greener future’ for the car industry may well, finally ring true, as we begin to see an increase in the number of electric cars on the market.

The glossy ad for the Nissan Leaf is a prime example, as it promises us the beginning of a ‘new motoring era’. Horst Hummell strongly believes in the electric car, although he does concede that it may take a few years for the market to gather pace.

2. A record rise in oil prices, says Horst Humell

Horst Humell is quick to highlight the fact that fact oil prices have been relatively stable over the past 12 months, is by no means an indication that fresh oil sources have been uncovered. He puts the stability down to a fall in demand.

With the economy slowly clambering to its feet, he is predicting a rise, which is understandable given that current prices have reached $92 a barrel.

Now if his predictions are to be heeded, businesses of all sizes will surely see economic sense in ‘going green’ to a degree, with airlines arguably needling to look more into bio fuel options?

3. The ‘greenest government ever’ will need to deliver

Horst Humell also makes a great point in arguing that a coalition that has made so many green promises for 2011 will surely need to come good if they are to be taken seriously, and this includes the so called ‘Green deal makeover scheme’.

To sum up, he makes a number of good points and if predictions are to be believed,
the UK is set for a greener 2011.
